Writing Wk 3 Term 1 2021

 Kia ora.

We are learning that Basic Punctuation means that you have a capital letter at the start of a sentence, and a full stop, question mark or exclamation mark at the end of every sentence when you do a piece of writing.

Firstly a butterfly lays egg.

Second egg hatches into a caterpillar.

Thirdly Caterpillar eats leaves and grows into a chrysalis.

Fourth chrysalis takes time to hatch into a butterfly.

Finally butterfly lays another egg.

  1. Well done, Frank. Each of your sentences is a complete sentence and you have used basic punctuation correctly on each one. You do have some other teeny grammar and punctuation mistakes. We can talk about those in class.
